back from the wildernessguess i've been away for quite awhile. should have update this earlier, but keep procrastinating. oh well, im back. but i suppose no one has been missing me also. wahaha. yea, my self deprecating humor is still intact.
been wanting to share my thoughts on my ORD date (27th Sept), about the 6 years i've spent in the navy, my thoughts, reflections, feelings, sentiments blablabla. but i guess its somewhat superficial. now i've started a new chapter in my life, still getting the hang of civilian life. kinda carefree i suppose. no ops, sailings, simcens, sbfs, pointless cohesion get togethers, blowing own's balloon during writeups, obeying illogical commands from those higher in rank and appointment. lots more, kinda a bore. F.T.N
but i'll miss...
- long naps during working hours
- winning eleven during working hours (esp with gu, my only worthy competitor)
- slacking at the canteen during working hours
- my bunk (seasick bunk, where the fittest survive)
- 谈心事 sessions at my bunk
- bravo gunners with BG1 CB Meng, BG2 Phua, BG3 Shikai, BG 4 Me
- my C.E.G members, fuck lor, only me and tenny are the only authentic ones lor
- hanging out at the bridge, sitting atop the window ledge
- maintenance of FCRs with william, shikai, siwei, xingjie, chan.
- the Top Gun gunnery team
- serials in the CIC with seng as Action
- showing up the officers by getting a fucking A in every simcen
- the stars out at sea
- the sunsets and sunrises out at sea
- going shore leave with the guys
- book and movie conversations with huiwen
- fabian and jimmy passionate rantings of how the ship should work (cos no one dares to voice up)
- seeing the ONLY time i've been real seasick during my OJT- green vomit
- leaning by the AR15 locker while doin POOW
- where the whole Bridge Defence Watch gathered to take pics during ops.
- having a good chatty watch during bridge night watch
- Buffer Lua's dedication and leadership.
- Buffer Pang's PFC
- ------ will add on more.. bushed. go zzz already. nitez.

That I shall say 'Good night' till it be morrow.
